Project Overview
Bison Construction completed the $300,000, 24-week full build-out for Jim 'N Nick's in Pace, Florida using Version 3 of the brand’s architecture plans. This was one of over 25 Jim 'N Nick’s locations we have built. Handling the majority of the scope outside of MEPs, the team managed framing, blocking, a timber-framed patio with wire railing, custom soffits, insulation, sheathing, drywall, FRP, acoustical ceilings, wall and floor tile, finish carpentry and millwork, furniture build and install, menu board install, dumpster corral block and gate install with welding, interior and exterior door install with hardware, bathroom partitions install, bathroom fixtures and ADA requirements, artwork and decor package install, exterior corbels and decor package install, barn door and smoker install, and full smoker installation with startup and calibration.
We worked directly with suppliers, designers, architects, IT specialists, and the JNN managing team to hit all goals and deadlines. Despite challenging weather throughout the building process — including record-breaking snow in Pace, Florida — the project was completed on time without slowing progression.
