Project Overview
Bison Construction completed a fast-track 10-day full interior and exterior remodel for Popeye’s in Chicago, Illinois, with a $100,000 budget. The project delivered a complete refresh that modernized the customer experience while keeping the restaurant open and operational every day.
Our team executed a comprehensive scope that included demolition of existing finishes, new flooring, upgraded lighting and acoustic ceiling tile (ACT), custom millwork and countertops, bathroom renovations with new fixtures, drywall repairs, interior and exterior painting, stucco repairs, canopy and exterior demo/refinish work, new exterior lighting, asphalt patching and repairs, plus installation of a roof access ladder. By working in strategic phases — often at night — we maintained drive-thru and dining room service throughout the project, minimizing disruption to customers and daily operations.
