Bison Construction completed a full ground-up conversion of a former GameStop into a new Einstein Bros. Bagels location in Kissimmee, Florida. Delivered in just 90 days with a $150,000 budget, the project transformed the space into a modern, efficient bakery with premium finishes and fully operational kitchen. This was part of a larger multi-state program that included successful builds in Davenport FL, Woodstock GA, Fleming Island FL, Marietta GA, Lithia Springs GA, Lilburn GA, Duluth GA, and Miami Gardens FL.
Our team executed a comprehensive scope that included complete demolition, interior framing, insulation, FRP, drywall, painting, new ACT ceilings, kitchen equipment and shelving installation, custom millwork and countertops, wall and floor tile, restroom package, and full interior/exterior door and hardware installation. The project was delivered on time while meeting all brand standards and operational requirements.
