Project Overview
Bison Construction carried out a $90,000, 21-day comprehensive build-out for Jim 'N Nick's BBQ in Pensacola, Florida using Version 2 of the brand’s architecture plans. This project forms part of our track record with more than 25 Jim 'N Nick’s locations. Our team handled the majority of the work outside of MEPs, including framing, blocking, a timber-framed patio with wire railing, custom soffits, insulation, sheathing, drywall, FRP, acoustical ceilings, wall and floor tile, finish carpentry and millwork, furniture build and install, menu board install, dumpster corral block and gate install with welding, interior and exterior door install with hardware, bathroom partitions install, bathroom fixtures and ADA requirements, artwork and decor package install, exterior corbels and decor package install, barn door and smoker install, and full smoker installation with startup and calibration.
We collaborated directly with suppliers, designers, architects, IT specialists, and the JNN managing team to achieve every target and deadline. Throughout the construction phase, we navigated significant weather challenges—including record-breaking snow in the Pensacola area—yet sustained consistent progress and completed the project on schedule, delivering a high-quality turnkey result.
